1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using a feature, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use that feature.

2. Our services

We show pre-owned cars, receive enquiries and private sell-your-car submissions, and pass vehicle-loan callback requests to banks or NBFCs. We are a car dealer, not a bank, NBFC or lender.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18. Register with a mobile number you control, verify it by SMS OTP, and keep your details accurate. Do not share your OTP or access another person's account.

4. Vehicle listings and sales

Listings describe cars for information. Prices, descriptions and availability can change or lag behind a sale; confirm them with us. No vehicle sale is concluded in the app or on this website. Inspect the car and complete any purchase at the showroom under its sale documents.

5. Selling your car

Give truthful ownership, vehicle and contact details. Submit only photos you may lawfully share. A submission is an invitation to review; it does not oblige us to buy or list the car. Customer-submitted photos stay private unless we separately agree to publish approved inventory imagery.

6. Loan assistance

With your consent, we pass your name as printed on Aadhaar and mobile to a bank or NBFC that finances vehicle purchases, which contacts you directly about possible vehicle-finance options for this callback request. No car selection is required. This free callback request is not a loan application; a lender may pay us a referral fee. The lender alone assesses eligibility, runs any KYC, sets terms, approves or rejects a loan and handles disbursement and repayment. We guarantee no offer, rate, amount or tenure.

7. Acceptable use

Do not submit false, unlawful, abusive or infringing material, impersonate others, misuse contact details, interfere with security, or use the service for fraud. We may moderate or reject submissions that breach these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The app, website and our original text, design and imagery belong to us or their licensors. You retain rights in your lawful submissions and permit us to use them only to provide the requested service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

Lenders, maps, messaging and external links have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control a lender's credit decision or its contract with you.

10. Disclaimers

We aim for accurate information and reliable access, but listing details and service availability may change. Inspect and verify a vehicle and any lender terms before making a decision. Nothing here removes rights that law gives you.

11. Liability

To the extent law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising from unavailable services or inaccurate third-party information. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict an account used unlawfully or in breach of these terms. You can request account deletion at https://cars365.co/delete-account/. Legal record-keeping duties may continue as explained there.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms with a new effective date. Indian law governs them. Subject to mandatory consumer-forum and other legal rights, courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
